  • Overview

    The Leaning Manager, Educational Technology will drive innovation to transform CKI’s educational programs including expanding our reach and increasing our effectiveness by deploying industry-leading technological solutions to educational challenges. As an experienced manager, the successful candidate will collaborate with the technology team to help implement the Learning Management System, WorkRamp, and train team members on its use and best practices for utilization.

     

     

    Your Responsibilities Include

    • Manage the roll-out and implementation of a Learning Management System, WorkRamp, across multiple educational programs and a network of organizations with a focus on content development and management
    • Drive user adoption on effective utilization of the LMS across multiple educational opportunities and programs
    • Partner with program managers and Market-Based Management (MBM) capabilities to deploy technological solutions to educational opportunities
      • This includes legacy programs, like the Koch Internship Program and the Koch Associate Program as well as developing new self-driven learning paths for students and staff
    • Opportunity to build and lead a team

    Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

    •  3-5 years of professional experience successfully using educational technology in online and in-person settings
    • High degree of entrepreneurship and a proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Track record of success in a highly collaborative environment
    • Excitement for the vision of CKI
