  • Overview

    The Charles Koch Institute is seeking an Alumni Relations Manager who will drive engagement and long-term professional development among alumni from educational programs including our Koch Internship (KIP) and Koch Associate (KAP) programs and our Media & Journalism Fellowship.

     

     

    Your Responsibilities Include

    • Develop and execute personalized and tailored engagement strategies for alumni in support of CKI’s efforts to advance a free and open society
    • Collaborate with the communications and marketing teams to create and execute personalized communications and engagement plans for alumni
    • Develop alumni talent identification, tracking, and engagement system
    • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Business Partners and external partners to connect alumni to talent opportunities
    • Coordinate with learning managers and Market-Based Management team to offer educational opportunities for alumni

     

    Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

    • 4+ years of experience in alumni engagement or related field (e.g. development)
    • Supervisory experience
    • Track record of success in projects that require cross-organizational collaboration
    • Excitement for advancing CKI’s vision
    • High interpersonal skills, relationship management
