    Your Responsibilities Include


    • Own the entire recruitment lifecycle for CKI talent development programs, from sourcing to placement
    • Practice creative, targeted sourcing tactics in identifying potential candidates
    • Conceptualize and implement key performance indicators for evaluation of the selection process
    • Drive interest in CKI talent development programs by collaborating with our communications team to: create copy; devise and execute a social media and digital ad strategy; and reimagine our messaging
    • Work with key stakeholders to develop new messaging around programs
    • Serve as a business partner to interviewers, hiring managers, and other internal stakeholders
    • Advise on recruitment and talent engagement strategies
    • Attend career fairs; this position requires up to 15% travel



    Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization


    • 3+ years of experience in a campus recruiting role, or a similar role recruiting entry-level talent
    • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to embrace change and challenge
    • Confident communicator with a proven ability to collaborate effectively
    • Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and a high sense of urgency
    • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
    • Flexible, and able to multi-task
    • Demonstrated ability to "think creatively" and create new strategic approaches to recruiting talent 
    • Demonstrated ability to creatively source and an excitement for a variety of candidate outreach and the hunt
    • Demonstrated positive, can-do attitude with experience working through tough challenges 


    Standout Candidates May Also Bring


    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Project management, recruiting, or admissions experience
    • Ideas on strategies to keep alumni engaged after they have completed CKI talent development programs
    • Exposure to talent marketing and/or employer branding will be a plus
