    Your Responsibilities Include

     

    • Act as a key liaison and manager of grant relationships with K-12 education partners alongside the Director
    • Work with prospective partners and the team on their proposals and provide advice and guidance for how their projects can have additional impact with Charles Koch Foundation support
    • Act as an internal resource to drive and enhance collaboration between teams on the support, progress, and outputs of the portfolio
    • Travel as needed to manage partnerships

     

     

    Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

     

    • 5+ years of overall professional experience, 3+ years of related experience in relationship management, fundraising, grant making, K12 education, or other related field
    • Deep understanding of and passion for free societies and individual liberty
    • A demonstrated interest and passion for a multitude of K-12 opportunities and a willingness to work with a variety of different partners
    • Proven ability to build effective relationships and networks both internally and externally to achieve results
    • Capability to exercise good judgment through critical thinking
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize while driving multiple concurrent projects to completion
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism
