    The Foundation’s research team needs you to apply your knowledge to research opportunities related to our higher education grantmaking. As a research analyst, you’ll collect and analyze data to support a diverse portfolio of the Foundation’s projects. Your primary focus will be on quick turnaround research assignments for internal customers who will depend on your insight to inform decisions related to grant making and strategic planning. You’ll approach research projects with an appropriate sense of urgency to deliver results on deadlines.

     

     

    Your Responsibilities Include

     

    • Providing analytical feedback that informs the Foundation’s grantmaking activities
    • Helping Foundation capabilities measure impact and assess progress to goals 
    • Quickly produce reliable, written analysis that offers solutions through the lens of the Foundation’s vision.

     

     

    Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

     

    • 2+ years of experience in a research or policy role
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods
    • Track record of success in a fast-paced environment, including a high degree of initiative and customer focus

     

     

    Standout Candidates May Also Bring

    •  Master’s degree or higher, especially in the humanities or social sciences
