    An appreciation for the study and application of entrepreneurial theory drives your understanding of how ideas can lead to action. You’re not only well-versed in what it means to be an entrepreneur, you are also keenly connected to what defines principled business leadership.


    As a member of the Foundation’s research team, you will be tasked with understanding the state of the entrepreneurship discipline in the academy in order to evaluate and make recommendations on grant-making opportunities. This is an opportunity to take your research skills to the next level and apply them to meaningful work that will contribute to society’s understanding of what is possible through the power of entrepreneurial action.




    Your Responsibilities Include


    • Develop a perspective on the state of entrepreneurship education and scholarship, and apply it to recommendations on grant-making opportunities
    • Synthesize information about academic and policy research into digestible content that can be used to drive collaboration across the organization
    • Proactively identify partnerships and initiatives that contribute to the Foundation’s leading support of research and education on principled leadership, business ethics, and entrepreneurship



    Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization


    • 3+ years of professional research experience
    • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in entrepreneurship or a related field
    • An understanding of and commitment to the principles that drive the organization’s vision
    • High degree of intellectual curiosity
    • Track record of success in a fast-paced environment, including a high degree of initiative and desire to proactively improve on skills and effectiveness

    • Advanced degree with a concentration in entrepreneurship or a related field
