    As part of the Education capability, you will help enable leveraged audiences across the key institutions of society (Education, Business, Government and Community) to capture opportunities and help enable people to solve problems on their own.

    This project manager job will help develop, implement and facilitate knowledge processes that position the team to understand demand for its products and services and evaluate and determine best use of resources. Are you up to the challenge? Apply now. 

     

     

    Your Responsibilities Include

     

    • Work with internal and external teammates to develop and regularly update portfolio and individual project goals, metrics and timelines 
    • Track overall portfolio and project progress relative to the goals, metrics and timelines. Regularly connect the team to the status of the portfolio and projects 
    • Work with portfolio members and stakeholders to develop and share clear quarterly evaluations 
    • Communicate and hold team accountable to new and existing knowledge processes e.g. reporting requirements 
    • Identify and manage risk inherent in projects; anticipate and embrace change within the portfolio 
    • Proactively seek and share information about team vision and strategy to ensure that the portfolio team understands the connection between strategy, structure, and how to measure effectiveness of the portfolio and its projects
    • Identify opportunities for optimization through collaboration across the team, particularly across the team’s multiple capabilities and portfolios 
    • Potential supervision of staff (TBD)

     

     

    Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

     

    • Bachelor’s degree 
    • 3+ years of experience managing projects and tracking deadlines 
    • Ability to drive multiple projects to completion in a fast-paced environment 
    • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well with all levels of staff and with external partners
    • Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills 
    • Ability to remain calm under pressure and quickly adapt to changing circumstances 
    • High sense of urgency and initiative
