     Your Responsibilities Include

    • Greeting guests of the Institute upon arrival
    • Directing each guest to their destination and providing a high degree of hospitality to ensure an outstanding guest experience
    • Fulfilling general administrative duties with a high degree of professionalism, enthusiasm, and ownership. These duties include:
      • Answering the telephone; screen and directing calls; taking and relaying messages.
      • Managing mail shipment and distribution.
      • Processing invoice payments; preparing purchasing card reconciliations and reimbursement forms.
    • Providing ad-hoc support to operations team
    • Maintaining aesthetic of the reception area and other areas frequented by guests

     

     

    Required Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

    • 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or receptionist in a fast-paced office setting OR 3+ years of experience in a hotel setting as a concierge or front-desk associate
    • High degree of professionalism
    • Customer focus mentality and ability to anticipate needs
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills and a high degree of professionalism
    • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and take initiative to meet deadlines
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
    • Excitement for the ideas of a free society
    • Bachelor’s degree required

     

    Standout Candidates May Also Bring

    • SharePoint experience
    • Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel or ability to learn quickly
