     You’ll be a key driver of the admissions process by reviewing applications, interviewing and making recommendations for participants applying for our educational programs. In doing so, you’ll play a significant role in helping program applicants reach the next level in their professional lives. By acting as a “gatekeeper” in our admissions process, you will also have the opportunity to make a lasting impact—the professionals you help select will be positioned for influential roles advancing our vision, and it all starts with you.

    Your Responsibilities Include


    • Manage the application and admissions processes for the Koch Internship Program
    • Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all interview-related materials in CKI’s applicant tracking system
    • Help implement measurement projects for evaluation of the admissions process and selection team
    • Assist with other projects that contribute to the execution of CKI’s educational program



    Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization


    • 1-3 years of professional experience
    • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to embrace change and challenge
    • Confident communicator with a proven ability to collaborate effectively
    • Entrepreneurial spirit, creativity, and a high sense of urgency
    • Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
    • Flexible, and able to multi-task



    Standout Candidates May Also Bring


    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Project management, recruiting, or admissions experience
