    Your Responsibilities Include

     

    • Act as a key liaison and manager of relationships with K-12 education policy partners, both new and ongoing, with an emphasis on identification of new opportunities
    • Guide proposals from education policy organizations through the approval process, as well as provide guidance to and work with partners to achieve optimal impact
    • Liaise with partner organizations to understand where other gaps in funding may exist and work to determine how CKI can be a meaningful partner
    • Act as an internal resource to develop strategy and drive collaboration between teams on the support, progress, and outputs of the portfolio
    • Travel as needed to manage partnerships

     

     

    Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

     

    • 7+ years of overall professional experience, 5+ years of related experience in relationship management, fundraising, K-12 education leadership, or other related field
    • Deep understanding of and passion for free societies and individual liberty
    • A demonstrated interest and passion for a multitude of K-12 policy solutions
    • Ability to build effective relationships and networks both internally and externally to achieve results
    • Capability to exercise good judgment through critical thinking
    • Demonstrated ability to drive multiple concurrent projects to completion
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism
