    As a key driver on a highly collaborative team, you will identify opportunities for innovation and transformative change across program components. Your role will also entail the alignment of overall program activities, resources, and curriculum with organizational strategy.

    Your Responsibilities Include

    • Coordinating with highly dynamic teams including recruiting, admissions, and instructors to ensure alignment to strategy, successful delivery, and meaningful evaluation of outcomes for the Koch Associate Program
    • Identifying and driving improvements to learning and development in the program through innovation and experimentation
    • Taking industry analysis, user feedback, analytics and best practices into consideration when driving program strategy
    • Anticipating and meeting the training and professional development needs of program participants and partner organizations to capture future market needs in a meaningful way
    • Coordinating and overseeing the logistics of day-to-day training delivery for the Koch Associate Program
    • Working with stakeholders and the broader education team to develop programming using adult learning methodologies and training techniques
    • Strong potential for supervisory responsibility

     

    Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

    • 5+ years of demonstrated experience successfully bringing together diverse groups of stakeholders around shared goals and objectives through program management, learning and development, or other related experience
    • Track record of defining strategy, driving resource alignment and allocation, and being accountable for outcomes
    • Entrepreneurial ability to identify and prioritize opportunities in highly ambiguous contexts
    • Superior collaboration and people skills
    • Experience innovating program content and/or training delivery
    • Excitement for free societies and the principles of Classical Liberalism
    • Supervisory experience

    • Experience managing a professional development, fellowship, or scholarship program
